Note: The generic login ([email protected]) will no longer work with the new BCQM. It is recommended that each user create a Customer Resource Center (CRC) account at crc.sysmex.com. If you would like a general BCQM and Insight account, you may request a generic email account from your facility and register it on the CRC.
